HM Consulting was founded by two law enforcement officers Steve Reynolds and Lance Gilbert, whom sought to provide additional services to the communities that they swore to protect and serve.
Utilizing the newest in technology and programs HM Consulting provides drone and still photography, as well as 360 degree tours and videos. These can be used for services such as real estate projects, business tours for google street view, or for insurance documentation and claims.

Steve Reynolds

Hello, my name is Steven D Reynolds, I am a lifelong Muskegon native with a bachelor’s degree from Western University. I have worked in Law Enforcement since 1994 where I am certified as a traffic crash reconstructionist and recognized as an expert witness for traffic crashes in the 60th District Court of Michigan. I have also worked as a real estate photographer for an exclusive realtor client for 7 years. I have my FAA Remote Pilot Certification and am qualified to legally take drone photos for profit. I have logged hours of flight time and have had no reportable incidents.
Lance Gilbert

Hello, my name is Lance Gilbert, I am lifelong Muskegon native with a Bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University. I have worked in Law Enforcement since 2012, with certifications in incident command structure and incident response to terrorist bombings. I have been apart of numerous security details such as large capacity events, and federal port security operations. Through my career I have participated in search rescue missions especially during my time on the Marine unit where I utilized technologies like the side scan sonar and remote underwater robots. I have logged numerous hours of flight time and have no reportable incidents. I am a google Certified Photographer and am able to publish 360 tours of businesses to Google Street View.
